On Sunday, October 18th, the main riding hall of the exhibition became the venue for a spectacular pony show. It was the first time that a show in Russia featured so many various breeds of ponies. The visitors had a chance to see five various breeds of ponies from the tiniest miniature horses to massive Welsh and Fell saddle ponies. As many as 50 ponies participated in the show.
All the breeds were presented with fancy-dress musical shows, each one illustrating the possibilities of using the breeds in the contemporary world. The show featured dressing-out, driving, trick riding, voltage, agility, show jumping and dressage, cotillion, 8 Welsh ponies dancing cotillion, a triple Appaloosa harness, and even a whole fairy tale about one of the breeds. Guests and participants of the exhibition could see the popular breeds such as American miniature horses, Welsh, Shetland and Appaloosa ponies, as well as the breeds that are completely new to Russian public: German Classic and Fell ponies.
The show ended with spectacular competitions for the Equiros Cup: Fancy-Dress Freestyle For Children Riding Ponies and Pony Barrel Racing.
