The 3rd Conference and Professional Fair “Equiros Professional’2012” which was attended by more than 60 companies involved in the horse industry from Russia and Belarus, finished on March 25th. Stores of ammunition and equestrian equipment, apparel and footwear for riders, veterinary and pharmacy companies, manufacturers of feed premixes and feed supplements for horses presented their goods at the exhibition. Among them were our regular members: Prokoni Shop, Peterhorse, HORZE, Horse Yard, Neva Wet group of companies, Argo and Veda, as well as Belarusian company “Fra-Mil”, IE Karpilovich, White Mane and many others.
The exhibition was visited by 5,100 people. Everybody found everything he/she wanted from the entire set of products provided.
Business program was traditionally an important part of the event. During the four expo days a number of conferences and seminars on actual topics of horse breeding and equestrian sports were held in two conference-halls.
Seminar “Actual problems of equestrian veterinary” conducted by equestrian veterinary association opened the business program. One of the most popular topics discussed were: “Some advice to work with Arabian thoroughbred horses” (VNIIK / Rosplemkonzavod Association), review lecture by Four Seasons Equestrian Club “Driving in equestrian sports” (M. Randau, Germany), theoretical seminar on equestrian photography (E. Druz) and etc.
The business program finished on March 25th. Some seminars were held by Doctor in Economics E. Basalaeva (Associate Professor, Faculty of Accounting and analysis of economic activity, All-Russian Correspondence Financial and Economic Institute). Some issues regarding in horse-breeding, as well a number of nuances of the professional business owner were discussed during the seminars.
