April 9, 2020 - "The Lord of the Energy. Human Training" Workshop
The workshop will cover the following questions:
- Instructions and tools - how to mindfully control your energy and state of mind in order to connect with a horse. Tips and tricks for getting into an effective state.
- Understanding horse body language and its importance in horse training.
- How the intention works, impulse start, how to share your energy with everyone?
- Relaxation exercises.
- Illusions and traps in controlling the energy, myths about the energy.
April 10, 2020 - "Creative Approach to Horse Training: Dance and Play as a Preparation to Horse Riding".
The workshop will cover the following questions:
- How to combine creative approach and your training plan.
- The role of provocation in play and training.
- What's the flow and what's the "warm current".
- Discipline and freedom of choice.
- The role of dominance in creative work and in games.
- Focus state by natural laws. How to motivate your horse to prepare its body for the ride.
The host: Julia Khudiakova, creator of the happy-horses.ru website and the ALOGO Happy Horses School, that uses soft techniques to train, teach and educate horses and humans.
