For more than 9 years Glebovskoe farm has been producing pelleted vitamin grass meal of nettle, fir needles, perennial legumes (alfalfa and goat’s rue), and legume grass (mixed herbs). The farm fields are located in a green location near Pereslavl-Zalessky, Yaroslavl region (120 kilometres away from the Moscow Ring Road), bordering to Plescheevo Ozero national park, and spanning to the dozens of kilometres, surrounded by pine and hardwood forests.
The grass meal is made in accordance to GOST R 56383-2015, in pellets 8 and 10 mm in diameter and 1-2.5 cm long. Packaging options include 1000 kg 4-band polypropylene big bags, 25 kg paper triple-layered craft bags, or bulk shipments. Storage conditions require intact packaging, and dry dark place; about 10-15% of protein and 30-40% of carotene are lost over a year of storage.
