Friday, October 28, will see the Black Pearl of Friesland presentation of Friesian horses at 11:00 Equiros. Ids Hellinga, Director of the Royal Friesian Studbook, will conduct a seminar as a part of the exhibition business programme. The Black Pearl of Friesland programme will be presented by the Royal Friesian Studbook (KFPS) and Association of the Friesian Horses Breeders and Fans supported by Kartsevo equestrian club. The programme will open at 11:00 with the seminar in the conference room followed by an hour-long presentation at the Grand Show Ring at 12:00.
At the seminar the KFPS Director Ids Hellinga will briefly cover such topics as modern objective of Friesian horses pedigree breeding, correctness and functionality of exterior, methods and tools for breeders.
The Grand Show Ring presentation will let the visitors see the outcome of the Dutch breeders’ longstanding work: a modern Friesian horse, which is an ideal partner both for sport or recreational activities.
