From 2nd to 5th April, Sokolniki Exhibition and Convention Centre hosted EQUIROS PROFESSIONAL, horse fair and professional conference, in Hall 4.1.
This year, the exhibition surface was enlarged to 3,750 sq. m; the number of participants increased as well, to 82. There were 47 companies presenting horse harnesses and equestrian clothes, five companies demonstrating equipment for equestrian centres and infrastructure, six companies presenting horse feed and feed supplements, another six companies presenting veterinary drugs, three companies specializing in hemming housing cloth, two companies presenting equestrian tour itineraries, as well as 10 companies offering related products and services.
As part of the business programme, several seminars and round table were organized by the All-Russian Horse Breeding Research Institute, Russian Paralympic Dressage Team, National Centre for Equine Tourism, EquiHelp NPO; Topical Issues of Equine Medicine, traditional specialized conference, was organized by the Equine Veterinary Association.
Over the four days, 3,752 experts visited the exhibition and this demonstrates that such events are in demand in Moscow. The usually large Equiros event will take place from 15th-18th October in Halls 4, 4.1, 4.2 and 7a with important horse and business programmes bringing together 180 exhibitors, as well as a large number of horse breeds.

Since 2011, Sokolniki ECC has modernized its exhibition surfaces and infrastructure by introducing modern technologies. It aims to create an exhibition platform convenient for both participants and visitors.
