Financial unprofitability of sports horse breeding, absence of younglings test system, low demand, successful foreign experience, efficient horse-breeders’ support – all these points shall be debated upon within the framework of the round table. All parties concerned are welcome to animated discussion.
By results a set of measures to improve the current state of affairs is to be elaborated and submitted to due ministerial bodies.
