The Republic of Bashkortostan delegation will take part in the international equestrian exhibition Equiros Professional — 2012 for the first time. The largest Russian forum, which takes place from 22nd to 25th March in Moscow, will gather leading experts in breeding horses.
Bashkortostan, which is participating in this exhibition for the first time, is to present the traditional region breeding products: Bashkir mare's milk and meat delicacies. The delegation is planning to establish business contacts to attract investors. Today the republic is one of the leading regions in the horse breeding development. This area of husbandry has become a kind of a calling card for the Bashkir Ural region. A new stage of industry development is the Bashkir breed of horses farming in the north-east of Bashkortostan.
