On October 29 the main show ring of the exhibition will feature a vibrant pony show to introduce various pony breeds. The show will give a short insight into the breeds and demonstrate the unlimited opportunities to use them in today's world.
Traditionally the tiniest participants of the show, American miniature horses, will do the opening part. This year Idalgo breeding farm will surprise all mini horse devotees, as the driving show with three carriages will feature a four-up of these frolicsome small horses.
Appaloosa Pony Club from Obninsk (Kaluga region) will present flecked Appaloosa ponies and unlock the versatility of talents this breed possesses. This year, guided by club’s trainers and young apprentices, Appaloosa ponies will show vaulting, dressage, show jumping, show ring and carriage riding.
Verona breeding farm (Moscow region), which focuses on breeding Welsh ponies, will traditionally put on display these beautiful and widely used horses. Breed presentation will feature show jumping, a vibrant pas de deux and an exceptional and mythical performance by a snow-white blue-eyed unicorn.
And there are more participants to this year’s Pony Show – the event will also see best pony breeding farms from Russia, and national supreme and reserve champions in type, exterior and performance qualities.
